Technical Support
At USACO, we have our own technical support staff that is collective
of personnel with highly trained technicians and engineers that
have worked at manufacturing level. We work collaboratively
with our manufacturers' own in-house Technical Support and Quality
Assurance staff to know and support their products better.
Our technical
staff was formed to educate and support our own in-house technicians
to be on the cutting edge of our modern technology. At USACO,
we encourage and support our technical staff to attend any training
seminars that will enhance our ability to keep current with
the most updated technology.
To better service and represent our clients, our technical support
staff also provides product, operation, and repair information
to our consumers and to other authorized service centers. We
monitor and provide information on the quality of other Authorized
Service Centers to our manufacturers upon request.
We also assist
or provide service/technical data to manufacturers' domestic
and overseas headquarters. We are capable of creating any specific
reports (English/Japanese/Korean) that will assist our clients
to enhance their service and their products.
