History
In 1982 our company was originally established as a service
division for USACO Inc., a car audio manufacturer. As
any manufacturing service department, we provided warranty service,
processed returns, and produced a refurbish program. Within
a year, the company quickly realized that there was a tremendous
amount of need for this type of service program. That year Ohishi
Electronics, Inc. was established as a subsidiary of USACO Inc.
Through our partnership with other manufacturers, the company
quickly expanded as one of the largest electronic servicer throughout
the entire country. We provided repair service for products
ranging from TV, VCR, Home and Car Audio, and other electronic
goods. Since then we have continuously specialized in our Customize
Service Programs for individual manufacturers. Those programs
enabled us to obtain extensive experience and knowledge in the
electronic industry, thus assisting our manufacturers to achieve
their service goals.

Stewart Park |

In 1994, Mr. Stewart Park
took over as the president of the company. Mr. Park originally
started with the company as the Service Manager back in
1989. With our corporate restructuring, the company renamed
itself as USACO Service Corporation.
Mr. Park's vision and his renovating ideas helped improve
and produced cost effective solutions to several manufacturers'
service department. Under his leadership, our company
has grown into a truly unique service company. We have
established five divisions within our company that can
truly meet all electronic manufacturers needs. Our five
divisions consist of Consumer Electronics, Communications,
Automotive, Sales and Logistics division. |

Kinichi Hara |

In the year 2001, Mr. Kinichi
( Keith )Hara joined our company as the Executive Service
Planner. His credentials are impeccable in the service
industry, especially in the manufacturing industry. He
has worked over thirty-five years with Kenwood Japan and
Kenwood USA. He brings his extensive knowledge in product
design engineering, Quality Assurance, and strong administrative
and management experience to our company.
With the leadership of Mr. Park and Mr. Hara along with
our managerial staff, our company is confident and excited
about being on the leading edge of the electronic industry
for years to come. |
