Five Divisions
USACO Service Corperation operates under five divisions. Each division allows us to broaden our services to various types of our manufacturers.
Consumer Electronics

This division emphasizes
in complete service in repairing all consumer electronic
goods including computer hardware. We provide service
that ranges from in/out of warranty repair, refurbishing
products, quality control inspections, and technical
support. Our service extends beyond just representing the manufacturers as their Authorized Service Center (ASC), we specialize in providing Factory Service
Depot. Currently, we are the service headquarter
for all Kenwood factory and authorized service centers
throughout the entire country. We also represent other manufacturers as their western regional service center. |

Communication

This division emphasizes
in servicing Amateur products, Two-way radio products
(Land Mobile), and Test Equipments. In addition
to repairing these products, we also provide product
evaluation to our manufacturers. |

Automotive

|
|
This division emphasizes
in working with our manufacturers and their automotive
makers to repair and service their OEM products. USACO operates under QS-9000:1998 (Based on and including ISO 9002:1994) system that ensures our customer the most efficient quality assured program. Currently, we have several programs that includes a direct exchange and repair program with automotive manufacturer's authorized service depots and their car dealers. USACO also emphasizes providing our manufacturer's and their automotive makers with the most updated repair information analysis and data. |

Sales

While working closely
with our manufacturers, we realized in order to
achieve complete customer satisfaction; we needed
to provide an immediate and convenient access to our
consumers with accessories, parts, and at times with replacement product. Our consumers have the option to buy these items at our location or on our website. USACO offers our manufacturers to become one of their venues to sell their refurbished products or their accessories.
We are receiving very positive results from these types of program.

Logistics

USACO is unique, in that we offer a broad array of service from a single source including logistics division. We help companies receive products, store them, and ship them on to the dealers or to end consumers. We can monitor inventory level and trigger automatic replenishment based on manufacturer's requirement.
