USACO currently occupies and operates on two locations, which are both in Cerritos, CA. Both facilities comprise over 82,000 sq.ft. With over 130 employees in combined locations, we are well positioned to accommodate the needs of high volume services.

One of our locations is setup as a product Return/Refurbish Center. As an experienced company in refurbish program, we offer high quality service and specialize in a program that consists of the following:


  Receiving and crediting the Returns from the dealers.
  Monitor and improve accessories charge backs.
  Reduce return discrepancies.
  Onsite product quality inspection (QC).
  Saving cost on NTF products.
  Detailed product technical analysis and data.

Our second location accentuates as our main Service Center. This location concentrates on servicing the manufacturers as their Factory or Authorize Service Center.
